This was one of the most complex projects. We needed to map 3 distinct fronts: executive branch, judiciary, and direct market clients. We didn't know exactly who we already had vs. the total acquisition potential in each region and organization.
This project required a very deep study of the entire universe of potential clients. I integrated several data sources simultaneously, including public government data, the company's internal base, and market files. I developed Python scripts to automate extraction and used SQL to fetch data from Databricks.
